With over 15 years of experience in product design, user research and leadership, I created intuitive and engaging experiences for users in various domains, such as entertainment, real estate business, social network, biotechnology, and genomics.

As a Principal Product Designer at Warner Bros. Discovery, I led the design and research efforts within multiple live operation teams, developing advanced tools for running live events. I also created a research system to better communicate and share learnings with the organization, and educated the organization about the value of design for business.

Previously, I worked as a Principal UX Designer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where I created a product vision for Terra Community Workbench, a platform dedicated to computational biologists, and improved the experience of Single Cell Portal, an application to visualize single cell data. I also mentored a small team of designers in the Data and Science Platform.

As a Design Leader I believe that success is a balance between users' needs and business goals.
